Travis Geyer is a San Francisco based guitarist and music educator. He began studying piano at age 8 but fell in love with the guitar in his teenage years. He graduated from UC Berkeley in 2012 with a BA. He has studied under Michael Goldberg, Jeff Massanari and most recently Jonathan Kreisberg. He works in a variety of musical groups in the Bay Area. In 2020 he released his first studio album titled Stir Crazy, a jazz guitar trio album featuring 8 of his original works. The music pays homage to great jazz guitarists of the past such as Wes Montgomery, Grant Green and Johnny Smith.
