"In this day and age, we really need the music that The M-Tet makes: gritty and grimy organ funk." - Flea Market Funk. Fresh off of the release of "Finger Poppin' Time!", The M-Tet is rooted in the deep study of 1960's Organ-based R&B, first tackling the Meters' 1968 release in its entirety. Soon after, adding their own soul-drenched originals as well as noted tracks by Funk, Inc., Roy Ayers, Archie Bell and the Drells.
